Hi! My name's Ben LaCroix. I'm the owner and lead developer of Chattanooga Web Solutions. I've made websites for most of my life, but started doing it full time once I settled down in the Tennessee Valley with my family—I wanted a career that allowed me to spend as much time with them as possible. Before that, I worked a trade for five years, and much of what I learned has carried over making websites: namely, the importance of committing myself to a craft, and how focusing on the details contributes to a job well done.

In 2024, after a year of brushing up on coding websites (the right way, by hand), I just started calling small businesses to offer my help.

What I found was that a lot of small businesses can't spend thousands of dollars up front on a new website. Many that did got taken advantage of, and ended up with a goofy-looking site that was slow, outdated, or didn't work on both phones and computers. They were in a frustrating spot: they either couldn't afford a good website, or if they could, they didn't know who to trust to make something great. So I tweaked my approach to meet their needs: I implemented my $0 down and $150 a month model, designed to be more manageable for a small business. This directly ties our success to yours—we only succeed if you do.
